Estela's Projects
This dress was based on the portrait 'Anna Bouden Courten', 1619 by Salomon Mesdach in the Rijksmuseum. The portrait is not yet available on the web, but there is a black and white version in 20,000 Years of Fashion, by Francois Boucher, p267. This is Estela's copy of the style worn by a woman who was of a higher class. |
