Turnips in Mustard Sauce

6 T Butter
3 T Mustard (Stone Ground Dijon)
1 pinch of Nutmeg
3 Whole Turnips

Peel Turnips. Dunk into boiling water, then boil in fresh water with a dollop of butter and a pinch of salt (15 minutes max, don’t over cook). Slice and lay out in a baking dish. Make a sauce of the butter and mustard. Pour over dished turnips, and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. If desired, Bake 5-10 minutes at 350 F, and broil briefly for color.
