The Members of the Golden Oak Inn would like to welcome all who visit our site and hope that you enjoy going through our pages. Feel free to explore all of them including the various links.

What we are about:

The Golden Oak Inn was originally located in the canton of Seashire in the Barony of Ruantallan, but now it has members in Kingdom of Ealdormere, Ile du Dragon Dormant and in the Principality of Tir-Righ
The Inn has been known to be a stopping point for many travelers, some of which become so comfortable it's practically home. You can learn many things in the main halls, or from the many people who stop by for a visit.

The Inn also hosts a number of celebrations throughout the year and some of its members are actively involved in other groups events. Be sure to check out the What's going on section on the Barony's website, to ensure you don't miss the next great party!

Sweet Shoe Nights

Due to scheduling conflict, the Sweet Shoe has been moved to Tuesday nights. The members of Golden Oak get together to work on A&S, renovations to the Inn, and plot up coming events. If you wish to work on projects and/or need A&S related help and want to come during the posted times, please Contact Us at william@goldenoakinn.com ahead of time.

Time: Tuesday evenings from 7pm to 9pm.

House Objectives:

  • To support the Barony and each other.
  • To have people feel welcome in social settings and sit as a family would at dinner.
  • To travel as a group to other places.
  • To improve the arts skills and projects of our members.
  • To encourage our members to fulfill their creativity and further themselves in the SCA.
